What is covered

This limited warranty covers workmanship and installation errors.

 

What is not covered

  1. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering any installed equipment or custom builds sold by HLS Technology Solutions.

  2. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by lack of maintenance by the owner.

  3. This limited warranty does not cover acts of vandalism, theft, alterations, or damages to any installed equipment or custom builds sold by HLS Technology Solutions caused by third parties or foreign objects. 

  4. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by Acts of God, including, but not limited to lightening, rain, wind, hail, hurricanes, tornadoes, fire, etc. 

  5. This limited warranty does not cover applications used in connection with any products or equipment sold.

  6. This limited warranty does not cover manufacturer defects. Manufacturer Warranties on items sold by HLS Technology Solutions are passed onto the consumer (see Manufacturer Warranties section for more details).

 

How long does this coverage last

This limited warranty lasts for a period of one (1) year from the date the installation was completed.

 

Who is covered

This limited warranty covers only the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

 

Manufacturer Warranties  please note, this section pertains only to equipment sold by HLS Techs.

This Limited Warranty does not cover manufacturer defects. Products sold by HLS Technology Solutions are covered by the original manufacturer warranties against defects. Removal or repair of defective equipment and/or installation of replacement equipment or products are not covered by this warranty and will be billed as a service call with a 20% discount.  

 

How to obtain services

  1. Call 843-670-6375 to report the problem.

 

What to expect and what we will do

  1. We will attempt to the resolve the problem over the phone.

  2. If the problem remains unresolved, we will schedule an appointment within a reasonable time frame to physically inspect and/or troubleshoot the equipment/product/installation.

  3. If the problem is a result of workmanship or installation errors, HLS Technology Solutions will correct the problem at no cost to the original purchaser.

  4. If the problem is a result of manufacturer defects in items sold by HLS Technology Solutions, we will contact the manufacturer to make good on the equipment and/or products found to be defective free of charge. Time spent at owners’ location to troubleshoot, remove, and install replacement equipment or products will be a billed as a service call with a 20% discount.  

  5. If the problem is a result of any situation not covered by this warranty, time spent at owners’ location will be a billed as a service call.

 

No other express warranty applies

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of HLS Technology Solutions.

 

Limitation on Liability

HLS Technology Solutions shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Some countries, districts, or states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of relief, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, or the limitation to special amounts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Limited Warranty
